At long last...an update!
It's been so busy and time goes so fast. Ms. Mackay is now 5, and Owen is now 3. Both kiddos are doing so well and bring us so much joy (and occasional frustration). Here's a quick view into our past halloween. Mackay, who has been bitten by the princess bug (much to my dismay), is a candy corn princess, and Owie, of course, is a zombie. When he got to preschool that morning, the other kids didn't want to play with him, concerned about his road rash and what might have happened to him before school. Here's a quick pic of the kiddos at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We had a fun weekend at our favorite home away from home, the Bernardus Lodge. Both Mac and Owen celebrated recent birthdays. Mac turned 5 with an epic 'Build a Bear' party with her best friends. All of us are healthy and doing well, and looking forward to Christmas.
